Let’s Make Films: The Director Series

A film-study and discussion course led by Sammy Holden, exploring filmmakers’ creative choices, themes and influence.

The Director Series is an educational film-study programme led by Sammy Holden. Each month focuses on a filmmaker and their films, style, themes, visual language, sound, editing, influence and wider place in cinema. Sessions run 17:00–20:00. Admission is £8 per session; booking required. The programme runs on Tuesdays from 1 September to 15 December 2026; the forthcoming sessions listed here begin on 20 October.
