About
A lunchtime chamber concert of trios for flute, viola and harp by Ravel, Debussy and Bax, performed by Opera North musicians at Dewsbury Town Hall.
This lunchtime chamber concert explores the distinctive combination of flute, viola and harp. The programme includes Ravel's Sonatine arranged for the trio, Bax's reflective Elegiac Trio from around 1915, and Debussy's colourful Sonata of 1915, a staple of the ensemble's repertoire. The performers are Luke O'Toole (flute), David Aspin (viola) and Céline Saout (harp). A pre-concert lunch is served in the town hall from 11.30am, with items individually priced.
