About
A relaxed two-hour poetry workshop at New Milton Library where participants read and discuss poems together, hosted by poet Matt West.
This session invites anyone aged 16+ to explore poetry as a communal act, whether they feel lost with poems or unsure they are 'doing' it right. Participants read and discuss poems together in a relaxed setting, encouraging conversation, connections, questions and delight. It is hosted by Matt West, poet, writer, facilitator and Artistic Director of ArtfulScribe C.I.C., with free tea and coffee provided. The event forms part of the Play on Words Festival and takes place in the main space at New Milton Library.
