Baby and You 0-18 Months

Free weekly baby sensory and development sessions for parents with babies aged 0-18 months at a family wellbeing centre in Accrington.

These sessions offer stimulating baby sensory activities alongside information about children's ages and stages of development, with a focus on the growing brain and parents' role in supporting it. Families can play together to encourage positive interaction, with help available on bonding, connection and communication. The sessions also bring parents together to reduce the social isolation often experienced by new parents.
