Baby and You

Free weekly sessions for parents and babies covering development, play, bonding and peer support, with a health visiting baby clinic alongside.

Baby and You is a free session for new parents and their babies at The Chai Centre in Burnley. Each session offers information about children's ages and stages of development, including the growing brain and parents' role in supporting it, plus opportunities for positive play and interaction. The group also addresses bonding, connection and communication, and brings parents together to reduce social isolation. The HCRG health visiting team runs a Baby Clinic alongside the sessions.
