Grow Your Own Clothes
About
Continue a year-long flax-to-clothing course with Allan Brown, exploring fibre processing, spinning and making.
This seven-session course follows flax from growing and harvesting to processing, spinning and clothing. Earlier sessions began in March and included outdoor growing work at Slade Gardens. The two remaining published sessions at The Remakery are on 17 October and 7 November, 11:00–16:00, covering further fibre and garment work and reviewing the process. These are parts of the existing whole course, with no independently priced drop-in admission established. Zoe Burt is named for an earlier September dyeing session and is not asserted as a current October or November tutor.
