Sheepfolds Stables hosts a wine and cheese tasting at its new wine bar, led by head sommelier Mark. The session covers popular grape varieties and well-loved styles, exploring flavour profiles, structure and how to choose great-value bottles. Tickets are sold for groups of two or four people, and dietary requirements can be flagged when booking.
