Winter Solstice Healing Circle: Breathwork, Sound, Reiki & Cacao

A women's Winter Solstice evening of breathwork, ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, sound healing and Reiki at Badby Village Hall.

Jo and Angela host an intimate gathering for women on the eve of the longest night, honouring the Winter Solstice with rituals for inner light, peace and balance. The 2.5-hour circle includes breathwork, ceremonial cacao (with a herbal tea alternative), guided meditation, sacred sound healing combined with group and individual Reiki, grounding snacks, sharing and poetry. Mats, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are provided; attendees bring their own cushions, layers and water. The event is open to newcomers to energy therapies as well as experienced participants, aged 18 and over.
