The Becoming - Women’s Day Retreat

A women's day retreat in Basingstoke combining cacao ceremony, future-self visualisation, breathwork and a sound bath.

This day retreat, hosted by Align With Caz, is themed around connecting with your future self. The programme opens with a cacao ceremony, followed by a guided future-self visualisation, a written exercise and a letter to your future self that will be posted back in a year's time. The centrepiece is a deep breathwork journey with integration and meditation, closing with a sound bath. Lunch and refreshments are included; the session runs five and a half hours and is for ages 18 and over.
