An Introduction To Thai Cookery

Prepare tom yum soup, Thai green curry paste, a steak or aubergine stir-fry and a crunchy salad. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated. At Islington, arrive at least 15 minutes before class; there is no waiting area for early arrivals.
