Sonder Winter Gravel Series - Graean y Gaeaf - Eryri Winter Gravel Ride

A self-supported gravel bike ride from Alpkit Betws-y-Coed on a favourite local route, with cakes, hot drinks and soup back at the store.

Part of the Sonder Winter Gravel Series, this self-supported gravel ride starts from Alpkit Betws-y-Coed and follows one of the store's favourite local routes, around 30 miles/50km of mixed terrain that is roughly 70% gravel and 30% road with some challenging hill sections. Riders of all abilities are welcome and can complete the route at their own pace, with a GPX file sent to confirmed participants beforehand; riders must be self-supported and carry what they would bring on a solo ride, including a helmet. Tea, coffee and cakes are available before the ride, and soup and a bread roll await back at the store afterwards. Tickets cost £10, with all proceeds donated to the Alpkit Foundation.
