Drawn Together: The City We Make

A free four-day family drop-in where visitors collaboratively build and draw an evolving cardboard city in Leeds Art Gallery's Central Court.

Over four days during the October half-term, Leeds Art Gallery's Central Court becomes an evolving, growing city built from scrap resources and drawing materials. Families of all ages are invited to draw, build, map and reimagine the city together, adding buildings, gardens, streets and meeting places day by day. The project is facilitated by The Play Tent, inspired by the principles of Reggio Emilia, and encourages curiosity, collaboration and creative possibility.
