Letter to My Future Self

A guided healing writing workshop at The Reading Room in Grantham, inviting participants to write a letter to their future self.

Part of a three-part series of healing writing sessions, this workshop invites participants to connect with their future self through words. Using guided prompts, attendees can write a letter offering advice, sharing memories, asking questions or making predictions, exploring their own story at their own pace. No previous writing experience is needed, and the session offers a calm, supportive space for reflection, conversation and gentle self-discovery. The session runs for two hours with doors opening at 6:30 PM.
