A HerSpace Community afternoon combining a Pilates session, female founder talks and a roundtable on building lifestyle brands in London.

Hosted by HerSpace Community at Restart Reformer Pilates London, this event pairs a Pilates class with a programme for Chinese women entrepreneurs. The Pilates session runs in two groups of ten (14:00–15:00 and 16:30–17:30), led by Restart instructors and open to all levels. In between, founders Jie and Nicole Deng give talks on launching lifestyle brands in Europe and starting a podcast, followed by a roundtable on marketing, customer acquisition and team building, with three case-focus slots for participants' own startup ideas.
