WW2 Combatives Taster Day Fight Like a Commando (Midlands)

A one-day taster course teaching the WWII Fairbairn–Sykes close-combat methods used by the SOE and British Commandos.

This intensive one-day course at Samurai Judo Club covers the Fairbairn–Sykes close-combat system developed by W.E. Fairbairn and E.A. Sykes for Allied forces during the Second World War. Participants learn core striking, locking and takedown methods, use of the FS fighting knife, stick fighting against armed and unarmed opponents, and sentry removal techniques from covert operations. The session runs seven hours and is open to martial artists, re-enactors and history enthusiasts aged 18 and over, with no previous experience required.
