Winter Solstice Flow Art & Soundbath

A seated soundbath is followed by nature-inspired mixed-media art-making.

Begin with a relaxing seated soundbath, then make nature-inspired mixed-media art to build creative confidence and practical skills. The source advises that soundbaths are not recommended for people with a pacemaker or other metal implants, sound-induced epilepsy, serious heart conditions, acute or severe mental-health conditions, or during pregnancy. A consent form is completed on the day; contact Melanie from Harmonistics Wellbeing if unsure.
