About

Children meet Santa and his elves, make a letter or drawing, and receive a gift and hot chocolate during a festive grotto visit.

An elf welcomes each family into a craft and storytelling room before the child visits Santa’s grotto. The child can bring a letter or drawing for Santa, and participating children receive a gift and hot chocolate. Up to two parents or carers may accompany each child; the child activity, gift and drink are for children only. A valid museum ticket is also required.
