About
A Thursday lunchtime talk series at the National Botanic Garden of Wales covering plants, conservation and sustainable living, each with a seasonal lunch.
Growing Conversations is a series of lunchtime talks at the National Botanic Garden of Wales exploring plants, conservation and sustainable practices, with speakers from the garden and the wider community. Each two-hour session runs from 12pm to 2pm and includes a warm seasonal lunch. Upcoming talks include Stephanie Hafferty on self-sufficiency in the productive garden, Mark Rees on Halloween in Wales (Nos Calan Gaeaf), and Liz Zorab on the joy of intentional observation of nature. Booking is essential as spaces are limited, and attendees do not need to buy separate garden admission.
