About

Author Flora Johnston celebrates the publication of her historical espionage novel The Berlin Passport Office at Blackwell's Bookshop in Edinburgh.

Flora Johnston appears at Blackwell's Bookshop to mark the publication of her new historical novel, The Berlin Passport Office. Set in Berlin in 1938, the book follows Scottish author Corran Rutherford, who travels to Germany under cover of a lecture tour while secretly gathering intelligence for MI6, and features Frank Foley, who used his role at British Passport Control to help Jewish citizens escape persecution. The event runs for one hour, is seated, and speakers use microphones; the bookshop has level access.
