A woodland Christmas trail leads through decorated winter scenes and the elves’ home to a booked personal visit with Santa, a keepsake photograph and a gift for each child.

Follow the decorated woodland trail and winter scenes to the elves’ home and a personal visit with Santa, with time for a photograph and a gift for each child. The published run is 28 November–24 December. Book a 10-minute appointment for each child; no more than four children may share a slot. A child’s Grotto ticket includes arboretum entry, while additional family members need separate admission. Supervising adults for appointments from 16:00 enter free from 15:30. Allow at least 15 minutes to walk from the entrance to the Grotto.
