2027 RYA First Aid Course - For Dinghy, Windsurf, Powerboat, Instructors

A one-day RYA first aid course for dinghy, windsurf, powerboard and paddleboard instructors, held shore-based at Bristol Corinthian Yacht Club.

This one-day, 7.5-hour RYA First Aid course is aimed at dinghy, windsurf, powerboat and stand-up paddleboard instructors and assistant instructors, who must hold a valid certificate to teach at RYA recognised centres. The shore-based course takes place in the clubhouse with a maximum student-to-instructor ratio of 12:1, and participants must be over 16. Attendees receive the RYA first aid manual and a certificate valid for three years. The course is fully subsidised for BCYC volunteers and costs £120 for the general public.
