About

A ticketed visit to Santa's Grotto on the first floor of The Grand Pier, with elves, story time, Mrs Claus, the Grinch and a gift for every child.

Children travel up the Enchanted Elevator to meet Santa in his grotto, where each family is welcomed for story time and a gift. Santa's elves greet guests while they wait, Mrs Claus makes an appearance, and the Grinch is available from 5 December until 20 December. Each 10-minute experience is a shared visit with a small group of families, suitable for children aged 18 months to 10 years.
