About
A guided breathwork and meditation session combines grounding, intention-setting and meditation with 35 minutes of slow circular breathing to music.
Rosalind De Aragues leads this 60-minute session in the Studio Bar. The current dates are 22 October, 12 November and 10 December 2026, each at 11:00. Bring a mat and pillow, warm layer or blanket, water and a journal; eye masks are provided. RSVP is requested to reserve a place.
