Age is a Stage is a weekly drama workshop for anyone aged over fifty, offering a safe, playful space to let go and enjoy the theatre. Sessions run for 90 minutes and encourage creativity, laughter and new connections, with theatre skills helping to boost memory, mood, self-esteem and confidence in later life. The workshops are led by Chris Cresswell, a performer and teacher with over 40 years' experience across theatre, cabaret, circus and film, who champions comedy and theatre as tools for healthy ageing and combating loneliness.
