About
A GoodGym Cardiff group run or walk followed by a festive paper-chain crafting session to support young people in CAMHS units.
GoodGym Cardiff meets at Glassworks for a short group run or walk of around 3-5km before returning to take part in a Christmas crafting task. Participants make paper chains and write cracker jokes inside them; the chains are later completed by young people arriving in CAMHS units, symbolising connection with the outside world. The session runs from 18:20 to 20:00, with warm-up, the run or walk, crafting and social time. It is open to anyone aged 18 or over, including newcomers, with a walk option available.
