About
GoodGym Cardiff meets at Glassworks for a warm-up, then runs or walks to help the charity Cwtch Together, covering railings, putting up a gazebo and putting up Halloween decorations. Costumes and face paint are encouraged, and the evening finishes with the run or walk back to Glassworks. The route covers roughly 4-5km in total and a walking option is available; participants must be 18 or over.
