About
A one-day, neuroscience-informed workshop designed for survivors and professionals to understand and support Complex PTSD recovery.
This training combines neuroscience, trauma psychology, somatic healing tools, and practical reflection work using the A.S.I.E.C.C.™ Framework. Participants will learn about the biology of hypervigilance, stress chemistry, and somatic grounding practices to help restore safety in the body and brain. The workshop is suitable for survivors, therapists, coaches, and support workers.
