A group exhibition of mixed-media paintings and glass works exploring land, sea, memory and place, inspired by the uninhabited island of Stroma.

Headwind is a group exhibition bringing together mixed-media paintings and glass works by five artists, exploring the shifting relationship between land, sea, memory and material. Inspired in part by the now-uninhabited island of Stroma, the works treat landscape as something constantly altered by weather, time, movement and memory. The headwind becomes both a physical presence and a metaphor for resistance, change and unpredictable currents.
