Festive Floating Sound Bath Experience

A guided floating sound bath in the hotel's indoor pool, with crystal singing bowls, breathwork, an oracle card reading and chamomile tea.

This evening session at Langdale Hotel & Spa begins with intention setting and gentle breathwork before guests float in the indoor pool while practitioner Bonnie plays crystal singing bowls, their resonance travelling across the water. The 90-minute experience closes with an optional oracle card reading, chamomile tea and group grounding. It is open to adults aged 18 and over, with health advisories published for those with sound-sensitive or certain medical conditions.
