Valentines Floating Sound Bath Experience

A guided floating sound bath in the hotel's indoor pool with crystal singing bowls, breathwork, an oracle card reading and chamomile tea.

An evening wellbeing session at Langdale Hotel & Spa begins with intention setting and gentle breathwork before guests float in the indoor pool while Bonnie plays crystal singing bowls, whose resonance travels across the water. The 90-minute session closes with an optional oracle card reading, chamomile tea and group grounding. The event is for adults aged 18 and over, with health guidance provided for sound-sensitive conditions.
