Macbeth: On Stage Family Workshop (9-11 Years)

A one-hour practical family workshop on the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse stage exploring the language, characters and themes of Macbeth for children aged 9-11 and their grown-ups.

Families with children aged 9-11 take to the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse stage for a fun, practical workshop bringing Shakespeare's Macbeth to life. Activities and games draw out elements of the play's language, characters and themes, with sessions led by one of the Globe's experienced practitioners — actors, teachers and directors. Tickets include entry to the Globe's exhibition, though the workshop does not include a visit into the Globe Theatre itself. All under-18s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, and everyone is encouraged to take part together.
