About

A festive family visit combines a four-mile winter safari with a guided Discovery Trail journey to Santa’s decorated grotto.

Santa Safari runs on selected dates from 21 November to 24 December 2026, with the grotto closed 23–25 November. The visit includes an elf-led North Pole adventure, Santa’s grotto, children’s choice of gift, crafts and storytime. Relaxed visits start on 28 November at 09:00, 09:30 and 10:00, and 9 December at 14:00, 14:30, 15:00 and 15:30. Those visits have animatronics switched off, quieter music, mostly static lighting and an optional elevator experience. Email the park to book a relaxed visit; use its booking page for standard visits. Booked grotto slots are 30-minute arrival windows.
