Lunchtime Concert - Duality, Four Hands on One Keyboard: Emma Abbate & Julian Perkins

Emma Abbate and Julian Perkins, advocates of the piano duet repertory, give a lunchtime concert at Riverhouse Barn performing four hands on one keyboard. The programme spans Wilhelm Friedrich Ernst Bach's Duet no. 2 in G Major, Mozart's Sonata for piano four hands in C Major K. 521, Schubert's Allegro in A Minor D. 947 (Lebenssturme) and Peter Warlock's Capriol Suite. The duo have recorded widely, including Mozart's complete keyboard duet sonatas and a disc of American piano duet works, and are Associates of the Royal Academy of Music.
