Lilian's Room at the Downs Leisure Centre hosts free taster sessions running Monday to Saturday until the end of October, from 9am to 4pm. The inclusive space offers accessible, low-impact exercise on specialist assisted equipment, including neuro-rehabilitation technology, aimed at improving strength, balance and mobility. The sessions form part of East Sussex County Council's Full of Life programme for the over-50s, with step-free access and a hearing loop available.
