About

Improvising trio Echo Engine perform ambient, groove and electronica with guest trumpeter Pete Judge, supported by Uncle Homunculus.

Echo Engine — keyboardist Daniel Biro, sonic artist Adrian Newton and guitarist Rob Palmer — explore the space between ambient music, groove and electronica. For this performance, part of John Law's PPianissimo Series, they are joined by Bristol multi-instrumentalist Pete Judge, known for Get the Blessing, Eyebrow and Three Cane Whale. Support comes from Uncle Homunculus, whose set blends improvisation, ambient soundscapes and Eno-inspired live looping. The event is suitable for ages 14+.
