Sunday Sound Bath Meditation at Wavendon Community Hub

A monthly Sunday evening sound bath meditation with drums, singing bowls and gongs at Wavendon Community Hub.

Inneflow hosts a monthly Sunday evening sound bath where participants relax while being bathed in sound and vibrations from meditative drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. The session runs from 6.45pm to 8pm, with doors opening at 6.45pm for a 7pm start and no entry after 6.55pm. Mats are provided; attendees are asked to bring a blanket, cushions, an eye covering and water. The event is pre-book only, for over-18s (16+ with a parent), and may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions such as pacemakers, epilepsy or sound-sensitive conditions.
