About

An aerial hoop class for experienced aerialists, developing choreography, flowing sequences, spinning control and musicality. It is not suitable for first-time aerial participants.

Training on a suspended steel hoop develops shapes, transitions and controlled movement. Prior aerial experience is required; this is not an introductory class. Published booking rooms: Peckham - Studio 1. Instructors vary by dated session. Advance booking and payment are required; regular classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
