Aerial Hoop Intensive

A week of focused aerial hoop training covers technique, flows, beats, spinning and work above and below the hoop.

Each Monday–Friday intensive is separately enrolled. Participants need to execute basic hoop moves at height without instruction. Current trainers are to be confirmed; no historical guest list is treated as the current bill.
