Out & Wild Black History Month Event

A spoken word night celebrating Black History Month 2026 with acts by DG Coutinho and Don One, followed by drinks, raising donations for The Common Press.

Out & Wild hosts a spoken word evening marking Black History Month under the 2026 theme 'Honouring our Communities'. The night features an hour of acts from award-winning author and spoken word performer DG Coutinho and drag king, comedian and host Don One, followed by drinks at YOTEL London City in Farringdon. Donations go to The Common Press, London's first consciously queer intersectional bookshop and a not-for-profit community venue. The event is open to all, is 18+, and is made possible by a Pride in London Unity Fund grant with support from Intermedia.
