Fleecey Folk: Churchfitters

The Churchfitters folk trio bring their high-energy show of unconventional instruments, harmonies and original songs to The Fleece Inn at Bretforton.

The Churchfitters are a three-piece folk band from England and France whose stage bristles with instruments, including a double bass made from a saucepan, musical saw, glass harp, fiddle, jazz sax, banjo, dulcimer and a 'bing-bong' machine made of hack-saw blades. Their set mixes traditional tunes with funk-rock rhythms, jazz sax and original songs, plus harmonies and comedy. The gig is part of the Fleecey Folk series at The Fleece Inn.
