English Café

A friendly drop-in café session where people can practise and improve their English through conversation, language games and support from staff and volunteers.

English Café is a recurring session at Todmorden Learning Centre and Community Hub for anyone wanting to practise and improve their English language skills. Participants develop speaking, listening, reading and writing abilities through conversation practice and language games, while meeting new people. The sessions aim to build confidence and essential skills for life and work in the UK, with support from the hub's staff and volunteers. Sessions run from 11am to 1:30pm on listed Saturdays.
