About
The Makery's community tool library opens on Wednesday mornings, lending power and hand tools free of charge to members.
The Makery runs a community tool library at Todmorden College, open Wednesday mornings 11am–1pm and Saturday mornings 10am–12pm. It offers a range of power and hand tools, from mitre saws to leaf blowers, plus free donated paint. Tool hire is free with a £20 annual membership; new members bring photo ID and proof of address to sign up. There is no booking system — just turn up and, hopefully, the tool you need will be available.
