Taste fifteen wines and learn practical tasting and food-pairing techniques during a day course with a three-course lunch.
The course covers wine structure, personal taste preferences, restaurant ordering, common faults and how glass shape affects flavour. Wines include whites, reds, sparkling and dessert styles. The London programme publishes 10:30–16:00 and asks guests to arrive fifteen minutes early and confirm timings when booking.
