A free family-friendly Halloween clue trail around Alton Water, with a treat bag for completed trail sheets.
Families can pick up a spooky trail sheet at Alton Water Visitor Centre and follow creepy clues hidden around the site between 17 October and 1 November 2026, daily from 10am to 3pm. Completed sheets can be returned in exchange for a Halloween treat bag. Costumes are encouraged and the trail is free, though standard car park charges apply.
