Menopause Cafe

An informal gathering to discuss menopause and share experiences over tea and coffee.

Open to anyone interested in menopause, including people experiencing it and those supporting someone else. Drop in for conversations with local residents, in partnership with south Westminster Community Health and Wellbeing Workers. The official ongoing rule is the last Tuesday each month, 18:00–19:30. Proposed dates materialise that rule only within the collection window; no programme closing date or unannounced holiday exclusions are asserted.
