Hopscotch Women's Centre hosts supportive monthly conversations about emotional wellbeing and life changes.

Women can share experiences of change, loss, motherhood or menopause through discussion, gentle creativity and practical reflection. Three dated sessions are currently published through December; facilitators vary by month and are not named for these dates.
