A weekly gentle movement qigong class held at the Glentrool Hive every Thursday morning. Sessions run from 10:30am to 11:30am and can be done seated or standing, making them accessible for different levels of mobility. No booking is needed — participants can simply come along — and the £2.50 cost includes tea and coffee.
