Picture Making with Enamel with Christine Pearson

A three-hour enamel art workshop where participants apply liquid enamel to steel sheet and create a tree-themed artwork using the Scraffito technique.

Christine Pearson leads a hands-on workshop in enamelled artwork with a trees theme. Participants learn how to apply liquid enamel onto steel sheet, plan a drawing from provided reference images, and use the Scraffito technique to draw into the enamel. The sketch is then kiln fired, permanently fixing the drawing onto the metal. The session runs 10am to 1pm and is suitable for beginners and those with some experience; attendees should wear covered shoes.
