About

Megan Lea leads an intermediate/advanced jazz-funk class combining technique, style and choreography.

The hour-long session works on pick-up skills and musicality through a cardio track, stretch and detailed routine. The teacher describes it as intermediate/advanced, confidence-building and supportive; trainers and heels are suggested because routines may vary.
