Japanese in the UK: photo slideshow

An archival photo slideshow charts Japanese lives and community ties in Britain from the nineteenth century onward.

Japan House and the Japan Association revisit images from the Japanese in Britain 1863–2001 exhibition and extend the story into recent decades. The slides usually run during opening hours in the Shop, Hall and Library, though other events can restrict which screens are available.
